COVID-19 INFORMATION

Dear Valued Customers,

First and foremost, our team at Italvibras would like to extend our best wishes for everyone’s health and well-being during this unprecedented time. The COVID-19 pandemic has affected the daily lives of everyone across all regions and countries, and we have no doubt that the strength and character of humanity will triumph. Unfortunately, this global pandemic has altered the way the world conducts business. Changes are occurring daily with new legislature/restrictions leading to a slowing of the global economy. We at Italvibras USA would like to provide the following update regarding the status of our operations.

• Both Italvibras USA facilities (Princeton, IL and Hebron, KY) are operating at full staff.

• To minimize exposure risks, most office personnel are working remotely and shop personnel are working staggered schedules. This business continuity program allows us to continue to service your needs.

• Both Illinois and Kentucky have released “Stay at Home” orders requiring Non-Essential Businesses to close. Since Italvibras USA manufactures and distributes products for Essential Businesses we fall under exemptions 12t (Illinois) and 1p (Kentucky), allowing us to maintain daily operations.

• Delivery dates have yet to be affected by the Italian government’s regulations. Italvibras USA has monitored stocking levels and open sales orders to ensure we meet customer delivery requirements.

Italvibras USA continues to monitor the impact of COVID-19 and will keep our customers informed of any changes.
